Ahorro is an online archive of secondhand gorpcore and outdoor apparel. A few times a year we take the pile off the phone and put it on a real table. Pop-ups, thrift meets, coffee, and the occasional hike — all in Delhi, all one-of-one.

What happens at an ahorro pop-up

  • Thrift. A hand-picked table of archive gorpcore — shells, fleeces, beanies, pants. Every piece is one-of-one and sourced from local flea and thrift markets. No restocks, no discounts, nothing you have to guess the size of over DM.
  • Coffee. Cafe Loco is the room. Come early, sit down.
  • Music. Playing all evening.
  • Games. Low stakes, mildly competitive.
  • Hikes. Delhi Trail Tribe run trails out of the city — this is the easiest way to meet them and find out what’s coming up.

How to get in

Everything we run is small and invite only — the room only holds so many people, and we would rather it feel like a room than a queue. To be on the list for this one or the next one:

Delhi-based, but if you’re travelling through, say so. We’ve had people come from further.

Questions

Do I need a ticket?
No ticket. It’s invite only — DM us and we’ll add you to the list. Entry is free.

Can I buy pieces at the pop-up?
Yes. There’s a table of stock on the night, and everything at an ahorro event is priced the same as it is online. We don’t run discounts, ever.

Is it only for people who hike?
No. Half the room has never been on a trail. Come for the clothes, stay for the coffee.

Where exactly is Cafe Loco?
M Block Market, Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi — a short walk from Greater Kailash and Kailash Colony metro stations.

When’s the next one?
We run these a few times a year, usually around a drop. Follow @ahorro.in or check this page.
